unable to install Flash Player

Hi,

Please share Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log file from your machine. To get the location of log files, please refer to Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on Windows? page. Once you have the log files, please share them. To share files, follow steps mentioned on How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud page. Once uploaded the files, post a link here.

For Chrome, Flash Player comes installed and all updates are pushed by Google as part of Chrome updates. To enable Flash Player on Chrome, please refer to Use or fix Flash audio & video - Computer - Google Chrome Help
