Unable to install latest flash update

I am unable to download the updated flash. It hangs at 90%. When I use the alternate link to download, it won't allow me to click, "install" after selecting the terms and conditions button. Same prob with uninstall. Mac OS X 10.8.5 safari 6.8.1. Please help.
