Unable to load Brother Printer Control Panel.

I have used a Brother DCP-J315W All-in-One for months, on Windows 10.  However, in the past week or so, when I open the icon, I merely get a white silhouette of the panel but no links to "Scan Image" or "Scan OCR" etc.

On Right-Clicking the panel I see "Movie not loaded" and "About Adobe Flash Player 20.0.0.228"

Anyone have any ideas?  Seen this?

    I have a reply now, from Brother.  It is indeed a problem relating to the recent Adobe update.

    Yeah, this is a bug.  We should have a fix in the January release, which will probably also make an appearance in next week's beta, which you can grab at http://www.adobe.com/go/flashplayerbeta/
