Unable to open Flash in IE

Question

I have a strange problem.We had user using XP which cannot load Flash. Whenever the IE go to the web site have flash, it must show to requst to install Flash Player.So, in that XP, we had login with Administrtor and install the latest Flash Player. We had test with using IE to load web site have flash and everything run fine.Then, when the user login that XP, using IE and cannot access Web Site with Flash again.We suspect it related to some security setting in the IE that due to this problem but nothing can be found.Can anyone help on this issue?Ivan

I have seen this issue a couple of times in this forum; this topic seem to offer some solutions http://forums.adobe.com/thread/660878

Also make sure that Shockwave Flash object is enabled in the limited account's browser.
