Unable to play videos, flash player issue

Hi, I am unable to videos, it gives the error of Flash player and the video starts again to play, its like a loop happening again n again. I have allowed the Flash player to run on Chrome but again its happening the same. I am using Windows 10 Home 64 bit OS.
