Unable to publish in Adobe Presenter; Flash and HTML5

Two questions:

1. Trying to publish I keep getting the message "Yoy will need to upgrade Adobe flash Player before using this option". However, Flash player is installed and enabled. What to do!

2. I have prepared e-learning with Adobe Presenter and published in html5. Is it correct that those materials does not use Flash Player and thus will not be affected by the discontinuation of Adobe Flash Player?
