having problem re-installing flash player for my windows 2003 computer after having it removed for not working properly

Hi,

Please use the offline installer, posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows 7 and earlier page in the 'Still having problems' section. There is an issue with our online installer right now for few platforms.
