Unable to Select Webcam in Setting Manager

I have recently purchased Logitech's Quickcam Pro for Notebooks for my laptop and Micrrosoft's LifeCam VX-6000 for my desktop. When I use the Adobe Flashplayer Settings Manager, the dropdown dialogue box to select my webcam freezes and won't drop down. This happens on both my laptop and and desktop. Does anyone know how to fix this problem and why it is happening on two different computers and with two different webcams?

    Same exact problem here. The cam works fine in all other programs that don't use Flash Player, so it can't be the cam / driver. In addition, it was also successful in earlier versions. I would have to trace to see which version.
