Unable to Update or Delete Flash Player (Mac)

Question

Hi there:For some reason, I cannot update or delete Adobe Flash Player from my parent's computer. I trust my mom's use but my father may have downloaded something malicious. I ran a full system scan with Bitdefender and didn't turn anything up so maybe it just bugged out.The Uninstaller just doesn't open and the installer crashes (error below). I can't find anything on Adobe's forums and the FAQ say to just run the uninstaller or update. That's about it. I hope someone can help. It looks like the installer is asking the OS for the name of the disk image where it currently resides, and we get a string (or a pointer to what should be a string) that the string facilities can't do anything with, so they safely exit.
