Unable to upgrade Flash Player

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade my flash player in Firefox but after starting installation I receive the message

Error of initializing the application

and the installation is stopped.

I'm using Forefox 48.0.2 and my OS is OSX El Capitan 10.11.6.

Any help is apreciated.
