Unable to use Adobe Flash Player In Laptop

Question

Hi I am the student of The University of Western Australia, we have online lectures in our university websites. To watch those lectures we need to install Adobe flash player. I have downloaded through the adobe website but after installation it is not allowing me to watch those lectures and shows the message as Install Adobe Flash Player 9.0. I have link in our university website but by clicking that it is saying that you are not secured with it. I need help to fix this.
