Unable to use Flash player on my website

Hi There! I am Hassan and I am accountants in UAE by profession. These days I am working on my website maintenance [link removed] and having some problem with the videos. I am trying to put video on pages so that my clients can check them but unfortunately its not working and its always giving error. Is there any one who can help me to sort out this issue.
