Unable to use Flash with either Edge or Chrome past few days

Question

Checked to be sure it is installed and it is; latest version, Flash.  Was working until yesterday. Running Windows 10.  Checked system for malware and viruses nothing found.  Unable to determine the issue, any suggestions greatly appreciated.  Thx.

If you haven't rebooted yet, start there.

Is the issue specific to a single website, or multiple sites?

Did you install anything that corresponded to the change in behavior? Ad-blocking plugins, anti-virus software, privacy software, etc?
