Uninstall Adobe Flash player

How do I uninstall Adobe Flash Player on my mac. I have the operating system macOS BIG SUR. If I click on uninstall it takes me to install helper and won't let me enter my password.

It wants your Mac password, not your Adobe password.  It's an operating system request.

Is it asking for your Mac password?
