Uninstall Flash Player problems with Chrome v87

I am trying to uninstall Flash Player. When I run the uninstaller I get an error message that says it will continue when I close Chrome, (see attachment). I have tried several ways to close Chrome, but I keep getting the error message. Any help or direction would be appreciated. Thanks.

It's probably an app that uses Chrome under the hood.  Google Hangouts is a likely candidate.  You can also just open task manager and kill anything that says Chrome.
