Uninstalled All Versions of Flash Player and Can't Install an Early Version

I have uninstalled all versions of Adobe Flash Player on my Toshiba Laptop.  I have Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 2, and the operating system is 64-bit.  I used to have Adobe Flash Player 10.3, but then upgraded to the newest version.  Ever since I upgraded to the newest version I have been having trouble with the games (for example: PioneerTrail) I play on facebook.  My games are not loading or not everything is showing up on my games.  I have spoke with Zynga customer support and have done everything they have asked me to.  I have been trying to install Adobe Flash Player 10.3, and every time I try a box pops up telling me there is a new version of Adobe Flash Player and to go to the download center.  The only box I can click on is QUIT and nothing downloads.  I don't want the newer version because my games will only work with the older versions.  Please help me.  Thank you.
