Uninstaller Pop Up

Hi, I have a iMac, am running El Capitan 10.11.5, and use Safari.  I recently downloaded the newest version of Adobe Flash player to accommodate Pandora, and every time I restart my computer Adobe Flash Player UNINSTALLER pops up and asks me if I want to uninstall Adobe Flash player.  How can I stop this?

    That's very strange.  At some point, MacOS decided it would be cool to open running applications on reboot.  My guess is that for some reason, this MacOS feature is just relaunching the uninstaller when you reboot.  This is *not* a common problem that I hear about.
