Im having some trouble eliminating Adobe9b.ocx out of my secondary drive.... It gives me an error message when I try to delete it out of Windows/system32/Macromed/Flash. Any suggestions as to getting rid of this so that I can move on to deleting the entire OS?

Download the uninstaller for Flash Player from "How to uninstall the Adobe Flash Player plug-in and ActiveX control"

    http://www.adobe.com/go/tn_14157

Quit ALL running applications, including all Internet Explorer or other browser windows, AOL Instant Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, MSN Messenger, or other Messengers. Check the Windows system tray carefully to make certain no applications which might possibly use Flash Player are still in memory.

    Run the uninstaller.

If the Flash9b.ocx is not removed after following these instructions, it may be locked. If that is the case let me know, you may need to use the FlashUtil.exe to unlock (unregister) it.

Make sure you don't have your web browsers running. Also you can try to use uninstall_flash_player.exe to uninstall any previous versions of flash that were installed properly.
