Uninstalling Flash Player

Have tried to install Flash Player but it is causing issues with internet explorer. Have tried to uninstall but uninstall is not responding. Need help.

What kind of issues with Internet Eplorer? And how are you trying to uninstallit?

Initial disable of internet explorer (no access to internet)

Control Panel>programs>uninstall

Odd. Installing a plugin SHOULDN'T disable IE totally. FP may cause some problems with Flash content until you have your ActiveX xontrols set properly.
