I cannot watch live webcams with firefox, nor play any games with unity player.  Everything was working fine until I had to reinstall firefox and since then nothing works.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the newest flash program.  I've done all the steps in the troubleshooting page, nothing seems to work.  Netflix doesnt work, yet I can watch youtube.  Anyone know whats up?

You could try Firefox > Help > Restart With Add-Ons disabled.

I think the more likely solution is that your Firefox profile is damaged.  You can test that by creating a new user profile in Firefox.  If the issue doesn't occur there, then you'll want to think about backing up all of your bookmarks and stuff, and moving them to a new profile, or simply refreshing Firefox.

Multiple Firefox profiles - Mozilla | MDN

Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings | Firefox Help

""Do you have ad-blockers or anti-tracking plug-ins installed?  Maybe an oddball software firewall?""

Is there a way to find this out?  I've looked over options, and checked my Malwarebytes and Advanced System Care programs and couldnt find anything.  I also use Norton.  I was using these before this issue started, so would I have an issue after the reinstall?

Well, if both Unity and Flash aren't working, it sounds like Firefox isn't invoking plug-ins.  Youtube is HTML5, which aligns with that.
