Unwanted ads

Every time I am asked to update Adobe Flash, or even install it, I end up getting a slew of ads. How can I make these pop up ads stop?

    Please make sure that you are downloading Adobe Flash player directly form the Adobe Website Flash Player Help‌.

    Can you tell us what the ads are for? It might be that they are related to Flash, but they could be because you have adware or just because the web site does that.  Did you check that the Flash installer was signed by Adobe, or from Adobe's web site?
