update adobe flash player

Question

I am having problems installing Adobe flash player.  It goes to 95% and then it stops, the I get a message saying :

Hi,What OS X version is this on?The 'Software Update' dialog is not from Flash Player. Are you trying to update Firefox and Flash Player at the same time? Please go to https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html and click the Check Now button. Post a screenshot of the resulting system information.--Maria
