Update Adobe flash player "Application initialization error" Windows 10

I have been trying to update my abode flash player, but every time i get

I got windows 10 and are using firefox. I have tried several solutions but I get his answer over and over again.

Please help

I cant download Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions

When i try to enable shockwave flash for firefox it doesnt even exist.

The are several reasons for the Initialization Error. I'll need to review the online installer log files to troubleshoot the error. Please upload the Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log files saved at C:\Users\[YourUserID]\AppData\Local\Temp\Adobe_ADMLogs to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a document and post the link to the uploaded files in your reply.
