If there is the Flash32_21_0_0_242.ocx file, It is Adobe Flash Player v21.0.0.242 is correctly installed ??

It is normally performed when there is no FlashUtil32 21 0 0 242 ActiveX.exe.

어도비 플래시 플레이어 해당버전의 업데이트 여부를 체크하려고하는데,

위의 세가지 중 하나라도 있으면 업데이트 된것으로 체크를 했었는데..

위세가지중 하나도 존재하는게 없는데도 어도비사이트에서 버전체크 시에 업데이트 된것으로 보였습니다.

그래서 확인해보니 Flash32_21_0_0_242.ocx 파일이 추가로 확인되서 문의드립니다.

Correct. The Flash Player files, on Windows, include the version number in the file name. Based on your post, you have version 21.0.0.242 installed.

A new version, 22.0.0.192, was released earlier today. If you have Windows 8.1 or above, the update will be released by Microsoft via Windows update (for IE/Edge browser). If you use a different browser, or have Windows 7 or lower, go to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer to download and install the latest versions.
