update flash player

I am trying to update the Flash Player on my Mac.

After the download (step 2) it moves to step 3 where it asks me to sign up for Adobe Stock Images.. I do not want to sign up for this... how do I get around it and install the latest version of flash player without signing up for membership on this Stock Images program.?

Legend

At step 2 the Flash Player installer file is downloaded. Step 3 page displays after Flash Player has been installed and the offer is completely optional.
