Update for Flash Player - Fake or Real

Today when I opened Firefox a tab popped up with an update for Adobe Flash Player.

I have updates set up to ask me before an update but the page looked exactly like previous Flash Player Update pages.

Like a fool I saved it and then tried to run it as administrator .

The site where it said the update is from is: aghointernetno.net

Has anyone heard of this site?

Any Ideas what it is going to do to my laptop?

Why can't I contact Adobe about this???

Posting it here tells other people about it but doesn't tell Adobe about it ??

Any info is helpful - Thank you for your time,  j

Hi,

Unfortunately you were tricked into downloading a fake, most likely malicious, Flash Player installer.  I recommend completely scanning your system for malware, adware, viruses, etc.  Legitimate Flash Player updates come from either the adobe.com or macromedia.com domains. Nothing esle.  I have forwarded the domain, and this discussion, to the Adobe fraud department to investigate.
