Question

update pop-up

I have windows 7, 64 bit.  Every time I turn on my computer, I get a window that says I need to download the latest version of Flash Player, even though I have the latest version.  Checked this on the Adobe website.

This is annoying.  How do I stop this pop-up?

    Hi,

If you use multiple browsers, it's possible the update notification is for a different browser.  Please provide the following information:

    1. Launch Control Panel and navigate to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items
    2. Click on Flash Player (32-bit)
    3. In the Flash Player Settings Manager go to the Updates tab
    4. Post a screenshot of the Updates tab (see How do I attach a screenshot?)

Also, post a screenshot of the update notification window that displays upon logging into your system.
