Update to Flash Player Scam?

I'm running Windows 10 with Edge browser.  I also use IE 11.  I keep getting a screen that pops up telling me my Adobe Flash Player may be out of date.    It looks like a legitimate Adobe screen but I am suspicious about it.  It asks me to find FlashPlayer.hta in my download folder and to click on it to install the update.  The reason I'm suspicious is because it seems to come from koo3ebulkjewel.net which seems rather odd to me.  I click "cancel" and it pops up again a few days later.  This has been going on for several months.  Does anybody know if this Flash Player "update" is legit or not?  Advice or recommendations will be greatly appreciated as I certainly don't want my system to get infected.

FlashPlayer.hta is absolutely not legitimate.  There have been numerous reports of this in the past.   You can perform an internet search for the file name to obtain more information.

I've reported this to the security/fraud team.  In the future you can report directly to phishing@adobe.com and include the entire website address (click on the address field to get the entire website URL).
