updating adobe flash

I am running windows 10 with newly installed windows office home and student and have tried updating flash without sucess.

I turn of my virus software, get to stage2 in the update process and accept the set up button but I cannot progress further to run Etc.

Please can ou help?

Does the installation complete without errors or does it fail with an error?

If installation completes without error please ensure Flash Player is enabled in Firefox. See Enable Flash Player for Firefox

If installation returns an error, what is the error? A screenshot of the error is very helpful

If you are using the online installer (downloaded from get.adobe.com/flashplayer), please see the FAQ Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on Windows? and provide all 3 files listed (Adobe_ADM.log, Adobe_GDE.log, FlashInstall.log) files. If you're using the full/offline installer provide only the FlashInstall.log file. Upload the file(s) to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a document and post the link to the uploaded file(s) in your reply.
