updating flash

I keep getting boxes that pop up onscreen from Premier Updater saying my flash needs to be updated.  i think this must be a scam.  Am i correct?

    Almost certainly an attack/scam. Lots of sites have this (perhaps millions) sadly. What is Premier Updater?
