Hi

After updating the flash version (from 10.3) directly to 11 1 102 55 I can't access the website

http://www.thefactorymediaagency.com/

The problem occurs on every mac we tried and most of the pc's with windows (I guess the one which works have older flash player version installed)

Please provide us some support thank you.

    Hi,

I'm sorry you're having problems with Flash Player on your site.  I tried visiting your site with IE9 and Flash Player 10.3.183.11 but saw the same results as FP 11 (black screen).

I suspect this is due to security enhancements that were made for Flash Player 10.3.183.5.  Please take a look at the following tech doc to see if it helps.  If not, I'd recommend opening a new bug report on this issue over at bugbase.adobe.com and include all applicable swf's.

Security Enhancement Details for Flash Player 10.3.183.5 and AIR 2.7.1

    Thanks,

    Chris

Do you think the FLEX would help in debugging the main.swf file ?
