Your posts have been fragmented and difficult to decode.  When asking for help, it's best to be thorough and detailed in what you are asking for.

If you're attempting to load local swfs, it's possible you are encountering a security feature implemented in Flash 23.  See section "Disabling local-with-filesystem access in Flash Player by default" in Release Notes Flash Player 23 AIR 23

If this is not the case, please describe the issue completely and thoroughly, providing the following information (regardless if it's been provided before):

    • Operating system version
    • Web browser and version
    • Flash Player version
    • Explain your problem in step-by-step detail if possible
    • A direct link to a web page that demonstrates the problem
    • If you get error messages, please provide a screenshot

    Getting Flash Player https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer

Microsoft does not allow external installs into Edge or Internet Explorer

If you want the latest Flash Player, you will have to use a non-Microsoft browser

You really shouldn't be using Flash Player 10 or 11.  Those are extremely outdated and have known vulnerabilities that have been fixed in subsequent versions of Flash.  Adobe highly recommends all users run the latest version of Flash.

Based on the screenshots, it appears you area running local content (e.g. content saved locally on your system).  Due to security reasons, local-with-filesystem-access was disabled by default in Flash Player 23.  Please see Release Notes Flash Player 23 AIR 23 section 'Disabling local-with-filesystem access in Flash Player by default' for more information.
