Upgrading to FlashPlayer 23 from FlashPlayer 22 on Mac OS 10.11.6 disabled playing .flv files with RealPlayer.

After installing FlashPlayer 23 on my Mac Mini (OS 10.11.6) my .flv files will no longer play on RealPlayer 11 --- I get a "BLOCKED PLUG-IN" message in the viewer screen instead.  This problem went away when I re-installed my older FlashPlayer 22.

    Please see Latest version of Flash not working with local content. Can you confirm?  and the reply to it.

    What is the FP version are you using.Please check it from below link:

    Also could you please share a sample  file with all steps to reproduce the issue, so that we can look into it.
