URGENT- Installing Flash plug-in 9 for Chrome 71.0 on Windows 7 64 bit

Hello,

I downloaded and installed the latest Adobe Flash plug-in earlier today, via Chrome 71.0, on my Windows 7 Professional 64 bit laptop

However, despite the apparent installation (see above), when I tried to access a URL requiring Adobe Flash plug-in, it asked me to install it again (see below)

My question is- how do I establish that the Adobe Flash plug-in has in fact been installed on my Chrome browser 71.0?
