Where can I download the offline msi installer for the latest flash version .445?
The dist. link that I have used in the past is not available any longer. I have reapplied for the dist. lic. and have not heard back. I am in dire need to patch workstation in my organization.

The licensing response is usually really fast these days. When people don't get the email, it's usually because it got caught up in a perimeter email security system. Adobe sends the unique information for your license as an encrypted PDF, and a lot of permimeter email system will quarantine them because they can't read them to check them for embedded malware. More than likely, it's been sitting in a quarantine portal or a spam folder.
If you can't find it and still haven't received a response, send me a PM with the contact information that you used when you applied for the license, and I'll ask the team to resend the information to you.
