URL's used for downloading Flash Player for FW policy

Anyone have any/all URL's used for downloading Flash Player to build firewall policy to allow the .EXE file?

Hi,The update URLs change often. If you're distributing Flash Player within your organization, the best option is to host the Background Updates locally, instead of using the Adobe servers. Information on Background Updates and hosting the Background Update files locally is in chapter 3 (page 20) of the Flash Player Admin Guide. --Maria
