USB microphone doesn't work

Hi all, are there anybody with similar problem solved?

I cannot record sounds via my Logitec USB microphone  (web cam combo) after access to this device was successfully granted to Flash Player..

Microphone detected but absolutely silent. (OS - Vista Ultimate SP2)

It is not a hardware problem as this device works great with  non-flash applications (such as skype & etc)

Any help would be very much appreciated!
