Using Adobe creative cloud ID,how can i get flash player latest and Extended support releases.

Can you please confirm, if you were able to apply for Flash Player distribution license by visiting : Adobe Flash Player Distribution | Adobe . Although, you might have Adobe's Creative Cloud access, you would still need to file a new form requesting the details of your distribution request.

Please let us know, if you were able to login and receive the email as per Maria's response above. Once you apply, you will receive an email with the access  URL.

Hi,

Please apply for a distribution license at Adobe Flash Player Distribution | Adobe.  In most cases, Flash Player distribution license is free.  You will then receive an email with a URL to access the new location.
