using Flash Player window 10

I'm assuming you are using either IE or Edge browser and my reply is based on this assumption.

Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE/Edge and the Flash Player ActiveX (for IE) installer will not run on Windows 10.

Microsoft disables Flash by default forcing users to enable it, usually on a per site basis. See the following for assistance

Direct link to a site that is not working
What does 'it is not working' mean? What happens, exactly, when you attempt to view Flash content?
