Using Flash runtime on server

I want to use Flash runtime on multiple servers for SaaS. It will be used for executing my ActionScript scripts there, which are doing some useful job.

I will not distribute Flash runtime nor host it for end users nor stream it to them. They will not see Flash Player in any form. My server is not "computer file server". My server is PC (has architecture and OS of a personal computer).

Is such a usage legal? Is it legal particularly according to that license http://wwwimages.adobe.com/content/dam/acom/en/legal/licenses-terms/pdf/Flash_Player_22_0.pdf or any other related license? Do I need to pay for it to be legal?

If there are any other licenses related to that subject, please point me to them.

Thanks

I am not a lawyer, and cannot comment on what is and is not permissible.

That said, I believe that the following page would be useful:
