V20.0.0.267 White Screen When Loading swf

When loading our .swf with the latest activeX flash update and the , a blank white screen appears instead of the movie.
Right clicking on this space shows : "Movie not loaded" greyed out, and "About Adobe Flash Player 20.0.0.267".

User cannot interact further with the frame and this prevents our entire program from starting up.

Please respond with a workaround or fix urgently.

For the Windows 10 case, do you get the failure to load on any SWF, or on particular ones?

I see that in the downloads page it has a separate entry for the Active-X version, to the IE/Edge for Windows 10 version. That suggests that if you still have the Active-X one installed it could clash with the built in version.

IF you need to roll back you can check out my guide, its a little lengthy as I made it so noob users should be able to understand about the different trypes of flash player, etc.., but if you are savvy you can skim through it to get the relevant information. there is really only two steps if you don't count downloading and unpacking the zip from adobe

We have the same issue. Our app uses the ActiveX control launching flash content and shows only the white screen and "Movie not loaded" when right clicked. Impacting ~1000 customers and 10k+ end users.

This is true for 18.0.0.324 as well.
