Hello

Under Vista :

I've had this problem for a very long time : the first Flash Player start after system start is very long : several minutes and during this time the browser no longer answer, with whatever site, whatever browser.

It has been carefully updated : 10.0.45.0

Do you know this problem ?

Thanks for your help !

Hi Pierre, So that fixed the problems, good to hear that. Sometimes it is difficult to find out exactly what is causing a problem. Thanks for posting back and letting me know.

    Have a good summer

Hi, please post back what browser(s) you are using and what version, IE6, etc? Also is this a 64bit operating system?

What anti-virus program are you using and does it have a Firewall?

Do you use ad-block or any pop up blocker software?

    Are you the Administrator?

This infomation will help to see what your problem may be.

    Thanks,

    Hello

    of course

Done with Firefox 3.6 with Adblock plus and formerly older versions.

Chrome 5 and Chromium 5 with Adthwart

No special popup blocker, only default browser options (built-in popup blocker)

I guess it's the same in all browsers using this plugin.

Done with IE8 which works with a different flash player plugin and this one works normally.

Kaspersky IS (security), ie antivirus, personal firewall and some other things.

    Vista 32 bits

    Administrator.

    Thanks for helping

Thanks for the info. When you say "Done", do you mean you are using Firefox or NOT using it? If you are using it, use FF(Firefox) and go to plug-ins and Disable Ad-block. Also in Chrome, Disable the Adthwart.

Then try and see if this helps.

    Thanks,
