Video gets stuck while playing?

Hello there,

I am getting this strange problem while running A Video on my site. It starts playing but after few seconds it stops. Same video is getting played nicely on youtube but only on this site it gives trouble. there is no issue with my internet connection. I have 50mbps plan and all other sites are working fine.I am the owner of this site.

Already tried reinstalling adobe but still does not work.

Laptop model - Dell vostro 1450

OS - Windows 7 home
