Video keeps reloading

Question

Videos at cloudacademy.com keep reloading every few seconds. The problem happens only with this website , at Google Chrome and Internet explorer it keeps reloading, at FireFox it displays 'you aborted video playback'. I tried all the solutions provided here except the last one since I couldn't find the website in website storage settings panel.

That is the sample workflow the website is displaying on how the user can search and enroll in a courses and it is auto playing repeatedly. You can select some other tab to switch/navigate to other sections in the web site.
