Video out on one specific website

Question

My video at only one website no longer shows. Ads show in the upper left corner, but the actual website video does not show. Audio plays fine and captions show. Video is all white. Often, as soon as I click away, the website video shows for a split second before the new page load. I've tried every solution on the help pages. How do I fix this? Thanks for your time.

Well, if Flash content plays on the vast majority of sites, it sounds like Flash Player and your installation are working fine, and the problem is either self-inflicted (you're using an ad-blocker, anti-tracking, anti-scripting tool that's interfering with the content), or there's a problem with the content provider that they need to resolve.

If you're not using ad-blockers or anything, I'd recommend reaching out to the content provider.
