Video & Sound feezes under newest FlashPlayer

I have this problem in every browser, either flash is crashing completely like in Chrome, in Firefox it crashes after about a minute or two and in Windows10  Edge I am now having the problem video and sound are giving up (freezing) up and I cannot navigate back to the settings without having to leave the site espchat.com.

I wonder why this is happening I have this problem since February 14th 2017.

Google/Chrome has disabled access to the plugins. My video and sound otherwise works fine. Our site admin claims it is an issue on our end do to an upgrade of Adobe Flash. These crashes and flash player not working correctly is effecting quite a few people who are working for this video chat site.

Here is what I have done so far to see if I can resolve the current issues:

• checked my device drivers on both on my machines all up to date
• checked graphic memory all good too
• system requirements are met

I was instructed to purchase a new webcam and to upgrade my ram, but don't know if that would

be helpful.
