Video stream lag after crash (just installed Windows)

Hello,

I had problems with lag in 1080p stream (twitch) even after a clean flash deinstallation and downgrading to version 10.3.

I received my new SSD and installed Windows 7 on it.

Not going to the actual Flash version, I installed 10.3 directly.

I could stream 3 or more 1080p streams. I used them as a screensaver for my bathroom and on another screen in my kitchen.

I had zero lag, never!

My flash just crashed a few minutes ago so I had to shutdown Chrome (Srware Iron)

After a restart I recognized that the lag came back, not every 10 seconds one lag/freeze, no it got worse! Now I have constant lag.

It is like something not getting correctly initiliazed by flash (use of hardware acceleration for example)

On top of that the font changed, I've added a screenshot.

I realy don't want to install my fresh windows again just to get it work again and probably won't last long anyway.

I need your help more than anything!

My system:

i5 3570k @ 4,8Ghz

Nvidia 570 @ 309.xx (cause of some bugs with the newer 310 version)

Asrock Extreme 4 Gen 3

fresh Windows 7 with all updates (no AV, no software firewall, no program process which could interfere)

(Repling to  a 2013 post i know) This is every interesting. Because i also have problems with Twitch.

Though my sitiation is slightly different. When i install Adobe elements 10, Twitch chat lags for me, or takes a very very long time to load.

Adobe, Staff, please look into this.
