Videos are juddering on Win 7 and 8

Every Flash Video is juddering a little bit. I've tried Youtube, the NFL Game Pass and the NBA League Pass on Firefox, IE, Opera, Chrome and Safari with the same results. It is just minimal but in the Video below the text which goes from right to left (at the bottom at 0:04) is not as smooth as on Ipad, where it looks like it should.

I'm kind of frustrated because my PC is good enough to handle modern Games.

    Nobody has this problem, too? Perhaps the 60Hz of my monitor is the problem? I'm stumped and don't know what to do. Should I try an older flash version (is this possible?)?

    Yes! I've installed four more Browsers to my system. All with the same result. I've tried Adobe Flash 9, 10 and the version which is up to date. Nothing works "judder-free" in the opposite to my ipad.
