I have flash player 11.9.900.152.   I want to mail a card from 123greetings, however, the videos do not load. Since I do not know too much about computers, maybe someone can help. Oh, I have flash player enabled. Maybe that helps

    Chris:

Yes. I get the congratulations banner and can see the tree/clouds (with movement).

Here is one URL that gives me the “need Adobe Flash” message.

    Thank you.

@Garden Owl - Thanks for checking.  Are you using any ad blocking software or virus scanner/security utility that you can temporarily disable?  Which version of IE are you using?  I just gave this link a try on my Win7/IE10 system and couldn't reproduce the bug.

    Chris:

I am using AVG Antivirus. I was able to temporarily disable it and try the URL again – same problem.

    My IE version is: 11.0.9600.16429.

Looking back at my notes, when I originally went to this URL for help: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/flash-player-games-video-or.html,

It “looked “at my system and gave the following info:

    Your Flash Player version: 11.9.900.152

    Your OS: Win 7

    Your Browser: NONE

Is that any kind of clue?

By the way, thank you very much for your time and effort on this. It is much appreciated.

Does Flash appear to load on this page on Step 5?

If so, what URLs on 123greetings.com specifically are you having problems with?
