videos dont play on some sites.Help please!!!

I dont know what is wrong but certain videos on some sites do not play at all.I do not have problems on sites like youtube and vimeo.Videos on sites like xvideos and pornhub dont play until they load.It remains stuck at 1% and all of a sudden start playing. I think they play only after loading.I use windows 8.1 and the latest version of firefox as well as the latest flash player. Please help.
